4. Financial Services & Operations
Deposits & Investments (DPS / FDR):
Deposit Pension Schemes (DPS) and Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR) are subject to the specific interest rates, tenure periods, premature liquidation penalties, and fee structures disclosed at the time of subscription.
Interest rates for fixed products are locked for the duration of the chosen tenure upon successful creation of the deposit.
Fund Transfers & Bill Payments:
You are responsible for verifying all recipient details (such as account numbers, phone numbers, and biller IDs) prior to initiating a transaction.
Executed transfers and bill payments are final and non-reversible, except where required by law or system processing errors.
Loans & Credit Lines:
All loan approvals, credit limits, and interest rates are determined based on credit assessment guidelines.
Late payments, defaults, or non-payment may incur additional fees, default interest rates, and reporting to authorized credit bureaus.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to account balance availability, daily transaction limits, anti-money laundering (AML) controls, and verification checks.
5. Fees and Charges
Access to basic account features is subject to our published fee schedule. Transaction fees, maintenance charges, interest rates, and transfer costs will be displayed clearly before you finalize any transaction.
We reserve the right to update our fee schedule at any time. Material changes to fees will be communicated via electronic notice prior to implementation.
6. Referral Program
Referral rewards, referral links, and promotional bonuses are granted at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or forfeit pending referral earnings, in cases of suspected fraud, self-referrals, fake accounts, or policy abuse.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, fraudulent schemes, or illegal gambling.

8. Account Suspension & Termination
Termination by You: You may request to close your account at any time, subject to settling all outstanding debts, pending transactions, or active loan obligations.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
